After playing around with the various variables for the player controllers, I've settled on some that make the player's movement smooth. It won't be set in stone because I'll have some testers provide feedback, that's very important.

I've created three level templates with varying lengths.


It's very important for me to have a solid foundation and framework for my projects. Being able to easily build off of things created at the start of the project makes for a smoother and more enjoyable development process.

Another thing I did was I created a script that allows me to leave notes in the Inspector which will come in handy when I start implementing more complex systems. Here is the script:


The next DevBlog will contain videos/pictures/gifs of the various traps that will be found in the game. I'll experiment with particle effects for a bloody death effect.
